Auros reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. You will be emailed your receipt, pick up tracking information and details regarding your order.

Shipping

Auros will attempt to ship all merchandise within two business days of purchase unless otherwise specified. Dependent on the location of the manufacturer in which your item was purchased from, lead times can range anywhere between 3-5 business days on stock items. For items with lead times greater than 5 days, the lead times will be specified in the description. Auros will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Returns

Merchandise purchased from Auros may be returned within 10 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and be in new condition and in the original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing info@Auros.com. Auros will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return. Actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 5 days of delivery will be subject to respective vendor warranty policies. All lighting and electronic products may be subject to a minimum 25% or maximum 50% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum 25% or maximum 50% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.

Auros reserves the right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification.

Ownership Transfer

Purchased a used Auros product or moved to another country? Transfer the ownership and/or warranty from one person to another or from one country to another.

Retail Registration

In addition to any applicable Consumer and/or statutory rights, the Supplier offers a manufacturer’s guarantee. The manufacturer guarantee is that the materials and workmanship of the Goods will be free from defects for a period of 10 years from the date that the Goods were collected by the Buyer or the third party carrier. The product guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. The 10 year guarantee is only applicable to orders placed on or after 1st March 2016, any orders placed prior to this will have a 1 year guarantee. Clearance products do not qualify for this guarantee.

However this entire Clause 7.1 not apply if a fault arises due to:
Abnormal use or working conditions, failure to follow instructions, misuse, alteration or unauthorised repair, wilful damage, improper maintenance or negligence on the part of the Buyer or a third party; or

Any subsequent mechanical, chemical, electrolytic or other damage after risk has passed to the Buyer, which is not due to a defect in the Goods.

Where Goods are faulty the Buyer must contact us within 7 days of the discovery of the fault or within 7 days of the collection of the Goods where the Goods were faulty on collection.

The Buyer must supply the requested information and images in order for the Supplier to be able to deal with the Buyeru2019s complaint. The Buyer will obtain full instructions upon notifying the Supplier of a fault.

A claim will be compensated for at the Supplieru2019s discretion. We reserve the right to offer a compensation. Compensation is normally paid within 28 days of the date of the Supplier’s confirmation.
